I strongly believe that everyone deserves support and to be heard regardless of their choices. I provide evidence-based resources to support you in making consenting decisions — Whether that be informational, emotional, or physical.

I am located in central Ohio — and also offer services in NE Ohio. It is important to acknowledge those before us, as well as their contributions to community and culture. The name “Ohio” itself is derived from the Iroquois “ohi:yo'” – meaning the great river. Together, lets recognize the importance of giving thanks to the abundance of which is received from the land that we occupy.

Sacral Footsteps is birthwork rooted in ancestral wisdom, earth-based care, and whole-bodied support. Answering an ancestral call, I walk in the footsteps of those who came before — while guiding mother's through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with reverence, intention, and care.

I provide holistic doula support, placenta encapsulation, sex education, and birth guidance grounded in cultural knowledge, natural systems, and community-centered practices. From soil to sacrum, my work honors birth as sacred, embodied, and deserving of dignity in every setting—home, birth center, or hospital.
